This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email
contacts to communicate with the User.
These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the
message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with
it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.
By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes
3DClouds to use these details to reply to requests for information,
quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s
header.

platforms directly from the pages of 3DClouds.it and interact with them.
This type of service might still collect web traffic data for the pages

YouTube is a video content visualization service provided by Google
Ireland Limited that allows 3DClouds to incorporate content of this
kind on its pages.
This widget is set up in a way that ensures that YouTube won't store
information and cookies about Users on 3DClouds.it unless they play
the video.

(administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external

necessary, as Data Processors by the Data controller. The updated list of

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Data controller. In particular, Users have the right to do the following:

received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the
server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin,
the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User,
the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page
within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the
Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and
other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT
